Social Location - What are you doing?

> Creative team: Clair Neal, Avril O’Neil, Jacquie Rupp and Desmond Wong

This was a fictional live brief set by Kin who asked us to communicate Nokia’s new So-Lo (Social Location) concept within an exhibition space. So-Lo is basically a smooshing together of GPS and Social Networking and will be a feature of the N97, due to launch on June 2009. Our team of four designed this circular interactive seating.

You can see the model in action above… Just imagine it’s a slightly squashy giant white circular seat, and the hands are people. The white bits in the middle are words that make little sentences like “Fancy a cup of tea?” between the people sitting down.

Extra special thanks to the guys at Kin who gave us fantastic feedback throughout the project.
